WHAT IS COPESE&CO

The meat processing centre is located in Villacastín (Segovia) with leading facilities in the meat industry in Castile and León.

The main objectives of Hola Food are:

  • To have a wide and innovative catalogue of the highest quality fresh meat products to improve people’s nutrition and food. To a large extent, this has been achieved thanks to the main hallmark of Grupo Alimentario Copese: its integrated production process (I.P.P).
  • To become a national benchmark in pork and beef butchering, following the standards of innovation, quality, honesty, integrity, environmental responsibility and sustainability.
  • Although currently the meat processing centre mainly works on a national scale, its future projection is geared towards international exportation. Every day we work hard in order to obtain the most demanding food safety and quality certificates to create a distinctive image that is influential on the international market linked to Spain’s meat excellence.
  • The Hola Food meat processing centre has the following food safety and quality certificates: International Featured Standards (IFS) and Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards (BRCGS)Grupo Alimentario Copese is a “facilitator” for any livestock need in the region related to pigs.
