WHY ERESMA?

The name Eresma is in honour of the river that waters the land in Segovia where the company is located.

Our fresh meat, cured leg and shoulder, and charcuterie all stand out thanks to the raising of livestock in the group’s farms, all of which are located close to the Eresma river basin.
